Why "HASHJOIN"
A hash join is how a database matches rows from two inputs on a shared key, quickly and exactly. The logo is a literal one: two inputs crossing, with the matches lit up where they meet.
That's the work, too. HASHJOIN joins two things that rarely meet well: the judgment of a language model and the exactness of tested code, matched on the parts of on-call where each one belongs.

- One senior engineer, directly. No account managers, no hand-offs.
- A few clients at a time, so each one gets real attention.
- Fixed scopes and flat retainers, so you know the cost before the work starts.
- You own what's built. Code, runbooks and docs land in your repositories.
- Remote, from Los Angeles, working across US time zones.
